Experience A Burst Of Pure Joy At This Teeny Tiny Spider Game

The video in question was shared by developer Riley Neville, aka Sbug Games. You may have played Sbug’s previous game STAB STAB STAB!, a physics-y couch multiplayer game where round birds with big legs and stabby beaks try to burst one another. The untitled spider game is significantly less nightmarish. Unless you’re an arachnophobe, I spose. To see this content please enable targeting cookies. Manage cookie settings — Riley Neville?...

Fall Guys Adds A Slime Survivors Playlist

The new Slime Survivor playlist appears to be basically what it sounds like: any round where falling into the pink goo down below will get you eliminated. I happened to get slapped into a round of Roll Out followed by Perfect Match and Slime Climb. Mediatonic say that Hex-A-Gone and Jump Showdown are the possible final rounds. I’m absolutely all for another playlist that seems to eliminate team games, but wowza opening a show with 60 people on Roll Out was a bit too cozy for my liking....

Fantasy Flight Interactive Are Closing Next Month

Studio head Tim Gerritsen took to LinkedIn to report the news, writing: “It’s with great sadness that I have to report that the decision has been made to close Fantasy Flight Interactive next month. I’m proud of the team and the game we’ve dedicated ourselves to for the past few years. It’s been an amazing journey with even more amazing people.” You may know Fantasy Flight Games from their tabletop titles like Star Wars: Armada, or Twilight Imperium, but in 2017 the video game studio opened to create digital versions of their board and card games....

Far Changing Tides Review A Delightful Adventure You Ll Be Glad You Played

At a glance, and for the first hour or two, much remains the same. The game involves alternating between tactile machine management and slow, gentle transit over gorgeous, painterly landscapes. This familiarity is by no means a criticism. More of the same in this case involves a repeat of one of my favourite little games of the last few years, and the team at Okomotive really have a knack for compelling vistas....

Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Fans Are Already Tweaking Fonts

Plenty of other folks have given a good ribbing over the Pixel Remaster font, so I won’t rehash too much of that for you. The bottom line is that its quite condensed, making it difficult to read, and not really stylistically in line with a pixel remaster. It’s an odd choice. The important part is that folks are already sharing details on how to swap it out. You can snag the details on the slightly fiddly but totally do-able process over on RPG Site....

Final Fantasy Xiv Will Add More Player Housing

Housing is a hot commodity in FFXIV and it’s only getting hotter. Square Enix say that the expanded game trial has created a “marked increase in the number of people playing,” but that’s not the only issue. In-game evictions have been suspended for several months now, meaning that current housing plots aren’t becoming available as they normally would. Back in March, Squenix recognized that the mandatory login period usually required to keep your housing plot might not be feasible for players during the Covid-19 pandemic....

Fixfox Review A Lovely Weird World To Live And Repair Things In

FixFox is a top-down adventure that’s part crafting and item collecting, part puzzle, and part story about family and identity. Vix lives in a far future where, in order to survive weather extremes, humans have gene-spliced themselves to become bipedal, talking animals with opposable thumbs. The furry ideal. Vix is a) a fox and b) a mechanic, so puts those thumbs to good use. Unfortunately all Vix’s conventional tools were lost when their spaceship crash landed, so instead you stuff a talking, perpetually anxious toolbox with useful junk that can be traded or found on the planet surface....

Forget Ampere And Rtx 3000 Nvidia S Next Graphics Card Is Another Gtx 1650

For the record, Nvidia currently has three different variants of the GTX 1650. Former Payday Developers Are Working On A New Co Op Heist Shooter

“So for me, this game is a game that just has to be made,” said Andersson in an interview with NME at Gamescom. “I’m back on the heist shit, basically – so it’s a heist cooperative FPS, and it has a sort of a techno-thriller theme. I read a lot of sci-fi books, and so imagine everything that cyberpunk is inspired by, and a ton of other shit.” Andersson went on to say that, unlike the Payday series, the new heist game wouldn’t be constant shooting....

Game Dev Story And More Kairosoft Games Hit Steam

On Monday, Kairosoft Steam versions of Game Dev Story, Hot Springs Story, Dungeon Village, Station Manager, and Dream House Days DX. While Game Dev originated on Windows way back in the 90s, mostly these are the PC debut for games originally released on pocket telephones. Game Dev Story has you run a games studio, hiring staff and allocating resources to create games, hoping to find hits (rated on the four metrics everyone knows: Graphics, Sound, Originality, and Fun, as every review of course uses) and maybe eventually launch your own console....

Games Must Let Us Be Proper Villains Again If They Want Us To Make Meaningful Moral Choices

Not content simply with nudging the fella into giving in to his worst impulses, I then proceeded to persuade him to wipe the very memory of his nemesis from the galaxy, up to and including hunting down his friends and family members. Bastilla Shan, noted Jedi do-gooder, pointed out that neither she nor the Jedi council would approve. I was giggling like a schoolgirl. Armed with that anecdote, it may come as some surprise that I cannot stand being mean to people in games....

Keighley has popped up to dub the Opening Night Live show a “a live two hour showcase”, where we’ll “get a new look at this holiday’s biggest upcoming video games and what lies beyond…” he says. We can pretty well trust that means a lot more trailers and announcements and all as Keighlevents tend to be. As for exactly what we’ll be seeing, it’s a guess for now. We’ll more than likely get some clues ahead of time though in the form of developers coyly tweeting that fans might want to be watching....
