Powers wrote that he “Just got an email… It’s official, E3 digital is official cancelled for 2022.” Sources have reportedly told IGN that “discussions about a possible digital equivalent have been ongoing” since January, but that the ESA “seems to be making plans to regroup for a larger comeback in 2023....

In fairness, this might be the only instance of romance in the entire game, but it’d be pretty weird if it was. I do not, alas, have any confirmation of other people that you might be able to do the Norse naughty with, but given that you can switch between versions of Eivor whenever you’d like, it seems clear that anyone available for tender romancin’ will be susceptible to Eivor’s charms no matter what....

See? Dead By Showdown, ish. Having to make it into a competitive video game does seem to lose some of the fun of Evil Dead, though. Evil Dead is slapstick as much as it is action and horror. It’s not just decaptiating zombies, it’s also tripping on a rake then helplessly staring horror-struck as a zombie shouts gallons and gallons and gallons and gallons and gallons of ichor into your face....
On Wednesday night, a fighting game community member made allegations against Cuellar dating back to the turn of the millennium at Southern Hills Golfland, a Californian arcade with a famous Street Fighter scene. He accused Cuellar of often offering large amounts of arcade tokens to boys aged around 12-16 if they’d jump into the miniature golf course’s water hazards in only their underwear. He further alleged that Cuellar once instigated a bet about his penis size, which required showing Cuellar his erect penis....
Tribes Of Midgard’s Epic Gear draws inspiration from Viking myth and legend (which you may remember from every third game you have played in the last five years, including Assassin’s Creed Valhalla). But many of them seem to be deeper cuts than your regular Thor’s Hammer business. For example, Baldr, who in the legend is known for being a hotty that everyone loved, has given his name here to Baldr’s Blade, a sword that can dish out a big ‘ol whilrwind attack, a passive healing AOE, or call down a lightning storm....
Extraneum is good, though. I think it’s precisely because it’s not doing a big song and dance about its influences, although those are very clear. It’s not big or brash, nor overly stripped down or obnoxious about difficulty. Clean blasty strafey fun, with a tiniest hint of horror. In an odd way, it’s all the more faithful for that.
The store page makes mention of an all new expansion called Lost Between Worlds which is “coming soon”. That name is all the information there is about it. Otherwise, you’re getting the DLC previously released as part of Far Cry 6’s season pass, which let you play as villains from previous Far Cry games: Vaas from Far Cry 3, Pagan from Far Cry 4 and Joseph Seed from Far Cry 5....
See, after Paragon bit the dust, Epic released thousands of the game’s models, environments, animations and more, all free to use for Unreal Engine 4 games. For developers Strange Matter, this was a blessing - a chance to bring their favourite MOBA back to life, with all the tools they needed to make it happen. Like the new Unreal Tournament, Paragon was left behind once Epic found their infinite money pit in Fortnite: Battle Royale, shutting down in January 2018....
But what I’ve really learned is terrible, actually. I’ve learned to totally ignore the bloke who sits next to you and dictates corners. I’ve learned not to pay attention at all. A demo would be nice to see, considering that what’s been shown of Forspoken’s action so far looks very cool indeed. Hopefully, any demo released won’t be to soften the blow of further delays. Square Enix and devs Luminous Productions are targeting a January 24th release date for now but the game’s already been bumped back twice this year, by four months in March and another three months in July....
Forza was already up in my personal faves for letting me drive the Halo car up Arthur’s Seat. But let me lay down a few loop-de-loops on Princes Street? That’s an all-timer, right there. Much like GTA V’s Cunning Stunts update, Super7 mixes up Forza’s somewhat grounded races with a collection of absurd, rollercoaster-like stunt tracks. A new Blueprint Builder will let you cobble together one of these ludicrous courses wherever you want - and I’ve gotta admit, I’m sorely excited to see what kind of wild tricks folks wrangle out of my hometown’s winding streets and hillsides....
I have never been able to go to Now Play This. For five years in a row I have tried to go, and then found myself unable to get all the pieces together. Year one, I was stuck in a library writing my master’s thesis. Year two, I was visiting family in America and only just missed it. Years three and four, I was in America doing a PhD and teaching undergrads and thought it unwise to just pop back over....

Get the Crucial MX500 2TB SATA SSD for £164 (was £175) So what makes this drive so good? Beyond its reliability and compatibility, which are excellent, I like the MX500 for its very competitive random read performance, which is the biggest factor for reducing game load times. NVMe drives technically offer even better results here, thanks to their less-constrained interface, but they do cost more and the addition reduction in game load times going from SATA to NVMe is much smaller than going from HDD to SATA SSD in the first place....
