The block-based puzzler was an Apple Arcade exclusive in 2019 before being ported to PC nearly two years later. You have to move Lego blocks about to achieve whatever goal the puzzle requires, such as helping a minifig out or restoring a damaged building. There’s also a Creative Mode that lets you construct your own (in my case, hideous) attempts at being a master builder, and take photos to document your crimes against Lego....

Deck Nine explain the reasons for the delay in their announcement post: Instead of the Remastered Collection launching at the end of September, Deck Nine say that the Wavelengths DLC for True Colors will launch on September 30th. That bonus story will have you play as Steph in the year before protagonist Alex shows up to Haven Springs. The Delux Edition of True Colors still includes the Remastered Collection games, Deck Nine say, and you’ll have access to them when they’re released in early 2022....

Embracer Group, who bought Tarsier Studios in 2019, noted in their latest quarterly financefest that the Little Nightmares gang “will, from now on, focus on creating new IPs.” (Y’know, Embracer, the megacorp which includes folks from THQ Nordic to Gearbox.) In a statement to the Ian Games Network, Tarsier CEO Andreas Johnsson confirmed that yep, this means they’re not making any more Little Nightmares. They’re moving on to create new things in new worlds....

This is the second time I’ve managed to will Mass Effect news into existence, and at this point I’m scaring myself. Like the lockpicking museum before it, the Museum Of Mass Effect Minigames is a virtual showcase of game mechanics. To celebrate the season, Asobo’s digital Earth will receive “real-time snow and true-to-life ice coverage” - which I have to imagine means you’ll be seeing snowfall where it happens, as it happens, rather than just a blanket white overlay across the entire planet....
